Private tour bookings
Booking terms
These terms govern enquiries, bookings and private tours provided by Daniela Mira. The specific accepted proposal supplements these terms and prevails for dates, times, price, itinerary and inclusions.
1. Service provider
Romina Daniela Mira Teruel, Spanish tax ID 45937440T, Calle Guayadeque 12, Guargacho, Arona, Tenerife, 38632, Spain. Contact: hola@danielamira.es and +34 638 789 422. Official Canary Islands Tourist Guide GTI-289 and Starlight Guide no. 40.
2. Enquiry, proposal and confirmation
Sending an enquiry does not create a booking. Before confirmation, Daniela will provide a written proposal stating the date, expected time or duration, meeting or pick-up point, language, itinerary or scope, price and taxes, inclusions and exclusions, payment method and schedule, and any special third-party terms.
A booking becomes binding when Daniela confirms availability in writing and the customer accepts the proposal and makes the stated payment or deposit. Availability may be released after any acceptance deadline expires.
3. Price and payment
The price is the one shown in the accepted proposal. It will state whether it is per group or person, applicable taxes and excluded costs. Payment must be made by the method and deadline in the proposal. Failure to pay may prevent confirmation or lead to cancellation after notice.
4. Private nature, transport and third parties
The tour is arranged for the group named in the booking. Maximum group size, vehicle and capacity are confirmed in each proposal. Where transport is included, it is supplied as described using legally authorised vehicles or providers.
Admission fees, food, tastings, cable car, activities and third-party services are included only when expressly stated. Their availability and rules may affect the itinerary. If the customer books or pays a third party directly, that contract is with the provider.
5. Customer-requested changes
Changes to date, time, participants, pick-up or itinerary are subject to availability and may change the price. They take effect only when confirmed by Daniela in writing. Any non-refundable third-party terms disclosed before booking remain applicable.
6. Customer cancellation
Unless the accepted proposal or an external provider states a specific condition in writing before booking, the following applies to amounts collected by Daniela:
- Cancellation at least 72 hours before the start: full refund.
- Cancellation between 72 and 24 hours before the start: 50% refund.
- Cancellation less than 24 hours before the start or no-show: non-refundable.
Cancellation must be sent in writing to hola@danielamira.es. Canary Islands local time and the time of receipt apply. Third-party sums identified as non-refundable before booking follow the disclosed provider terms.
Where the service is a leisure activity scheduled for a specific date or period, the general 14-day withdrawal right does not apply under Article 103(l) of Spain’s consolidated Consumer and User Protection Act. The cancellation policy above applies.
7. Weather, safety and changes by Daniela
Weather, road or trail conditions, wildfire, closure, access restrictions, astronomical conditions or other safety concerns may require changes to the order, route, observing location or content. Partly cloudy skies or different visible objects do not by themselves constitute failure where the activity can still be delivered safely and meaningfully.
If Daniela cancels because the service cannot safely be delivered and no reasonable alternative or new date is accepted, she will refund sums she collected for services not supplied. Payments made directly to third parties are subject to their own terms.
8. Punctuality and group responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate information, arrive at the agreed time, remain contactable and follow safety and environmental instructions. Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Mobility, dietary, health or equipment needs must be disclosed before booking so a realistic adaptation can be considered. The group must bring recommended clothing and footwear. Delay may reduce the itinerary to preserve the finish time; if it prevents the service and there is no communication, it may be treated as a no-show.
9. Liability
Daniela is responsible for the services she undertakes to provide under the proposal and applicable law. She is not responsible for loss caused by inaccurate customer information, failure to follow instructions, personal belongings, unavoidable events or services contracted directly with third parties, without limiting any liability that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Complaints, law and jurisdiction
Email hola@danielamira.es with any issue. Daniela makes the official Canary Islands tourism complaint form available in the format required by regional rules; it can be requested by email or at her address. See the Government of the Canary Islands procedure.
Spanish law applies. Disputes are submitted to the courts determined by mandatory law, including the consumer’s mandatory forum where applicable.
11. Languages and update
These terms are available in Spanish, English and German. If interpretation differs, the Spanish version is the reference without reducing mandatory consumer rights.
