2. Regulated profession and credentials

Daniela Mira is an Official Canary Islands Tourist Guide, licence GTI-289, issued by the Government of the Canary Islands. The applicable professional framework includes Canary Islands Tourism Act 7/1995, Decree 13/2010 governing access to and practice of the tourist guide profession, and Decree 212/2011, as amended.

She is also a Starlight Guide accredited by the Starlight Foundation, credential no. 40, and holds a Diploma in Tourism. The Starlight Guide qualification confirms specialist training in astronomy outreach and observation; it does not replace any permit required for a particular site or activity.

3. Purpose and acceptance

The website provides information about Daniela, her private tours and Tenerife, together with ways to request information or a proposal. Use of the site implies acceptance of this notice where applicable. A booking is also governed by the Booking Terms and the specific proposal accepted by the customer.
