Data protection
Privacy policy
This policy explains which personal data Daniela Mira processes when you use the form, email, WhatsApp or book a service, why it is used and how you can exercise your rights.
1. Data controller
Controller: Romina Daniela Mira Teruel (Daniela Mira)
Tax ID (NIF): 45937440T
Address: Calle Guayadeque 12, Guargacho, Arona, Tenerife, 38632, Spain
Email: hola@danielamira.es
Telephone: +34 638 789 422
2. Data we may process
Depending on your enquiry or booking, this may include:
- Identity and contact details such as your name, email and telephone number.
- Information needed to plan the service: date, accommodation or pick-up point, group number and composition, language, interests and preferences.
- Booking, payment, invoicing, correspondence and incident details.
- Minimum technical data, such as IP address, date and time, used temporarily to protect the form from abusive submissions.
- Mobility, dietary or health information only when you provide it voluntarily and it is necessary to adapt the experience or protect the group.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Data is processed to:
- Answer enquiries, check availability and prepare a proposal: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
- Confirm, organise and deliver the tour, coordinate pick-ups and communicate during the service: performance of the contract.
- Manage payments, invoices and tax or administrative duties: compliance with legal obligations.
- Protect the form from spam and abusive submissions: legitimate interest in maintaining website security and availability.
- Handle incidents and complaints and protect safety and legal rights: performance of the contract, legal obligation or legitimate interests as appropriate.
- Process strictly necessary health or other special-category information: explicit consent, which may be withdrawn without affecting earlier processing. Please do not send it when it is not needed.
Your data is not used for automated advertising, profiling or automated decisions. Marketing messages will not be sent without a valid legal basis and, where required, your consent.
4. Retention
Enquiries that do not result in a booking are kept for no more than 12 months after the last contact unless needed for a complaint.
Contractual, accounting and tax records are kept for the applicable statutory periods—generally up to six years for commercial records and four years for tax obligations—and for as long as needed to bring or defend legal claims.
Sensitive information is deleted when it is no longer required for the service or possible liabilities.
5. Recipients and service providers
Personal data is not sold or disclosed for third-party marketing. Providers may access it where necessary under appropriate safeguards, including Raiola Networks, S.L. for web hosting and email, professional advisers and technical support.
The minimum necessary data may be shared with transport providers, wineries, restaurants, venue operators or activity providers when required for the requested service. If you contract or pay a provider directly, that provider processes your data under its own privacy policy.
Data may also be disclosed to public authorities or courts where legally required.
6. WhatsApp and international transfers
WhatsApp is optional. If you use it, the communication is also handled by WhatsApp Ireland Limited and other entities involved in the service. Information may be processed outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards described in its privacy policy for the European Region. Email is available as an alternative.
The main hosting and email infrastructure identified for this website is located in Spain or the European Economic Area. This policy will be updated and appropriate safeguards applied if future providers involve other transfers.
7. Google Analytics
With your consent, this website uses Google Analytics 4, a measurement service provided by Google Ireland Limited. It provides aggregated information about users and sessions, pages viewed, browsing events, approximate source, browser and device type. The legal basis is consent, which you may refuse or withdraw at any time through the “Cookies” button.
The Google tag is neither downloaded nor sends information before acceptance. Google signals and advertising-personalisation signals have been disabled. Google states that, for users in the European Economic Area, IP addresses are used to derive approximate location and discarded before being logged. Google may process information outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards described in its privacy policy. Data retention is configured in the Google Analytics property; cookie lifetimes are described in the cookie policy.
8. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection or portability, or withdraw consent, by emailing hola@danielamira.es. State which right you wish to exercise and provide enough information to identify the request. Additional identity evidence will only be requested when necessary.
You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) if you believe your data is not being handled correctly.
9. Security and changes
Reasonable measures are used to protect data from unauthorised access, loss or alteration. This policy may change when services, providers or legal requirements change; the update date identifies the current version.
